Nationwide Shipping & Handling - Online Orders
General Shipping Information
Perfect Acre Outdoors is committed to providing fast and reliable shipping across the continental United States.
- Processing Time: Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days.
- Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
- Delivery Time: Shipping times vary based on product type and location but generally range between 2-7 business days.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. boxes.
Small Parcel Shipping (FedEx/UPS) - Free on Select Items
- Small items such as lighting and select patio accessories will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
- Orders placed before Noon (EST) on business days typically ship the same day.
- Delivery is generally within 2-5 business days within the continental U.S.
- If an item is small enough to ship in an envelope, it will be sent via USPS standard mail.
Freight Deliveries (Large Items & Heavy Equipment)
Products such as hot tubs, outdoor heating units, large structures, and patio furniture will ship via freight delivery.
- Home must be accessible to a full-size semi-truck or box truck upon request.
- Delivery time: Typically 5-7 business days for in-stock items.
- Scheduling: You will be contacted to schedule a delivery date once your order ships.
- Signature required upon receipt.
- Tracking numbers will be provided when the product has been shipped.
Threshold Home Delivery (Free on Eligible Items)
- Delivery includes drop-off at the first accessible area (garage, carport, front step, back patio, or curbside).
- A lift-gate truck and pallet jack will be used when possible.
- Exclusions: This service does not include uncrating, unpacking, placement, debris removal, or setup.
Special Notes on Hot Tub Deliveries
- Hot tubs will be delivered using a lift-gate-equipped truck without a pallet jack.
- Customers must arrange for moving and final placement of the hot tub.
Additional Charges for Remote Areas
- Certain rural areas are not eligible for free shipping and may require additional charges. If applicable, we will contact you before shipment.
- We do not ship outside the continental U.S.
Order Processing Details
To ensure a smooth shipping process, please review the following:
- Verify that your name, shipping address, phone number, and order details are correct.
- Partial shipments are not available unless additional shipping charges are paid.
- Special order items require extended processing times and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates for special orders or incoming products.
Damaged Shipments & Freight Claims
If your order arrives damaged, follow these steps:
- Inspect your items upon delivery. If damage is visible, do not sign for the item.
- Document the damage by taking photos and noting it on the delivery receipt.
- Refuse the damaged item and contact us immediately.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 24 hours with photos and a description of the issue.
Note: Minor cosmetic blemishes on metal patio furniture may occur due to shipping. We offer touch-up paint at no charge upon request.
Pool, Spa & Outdoor Heating Supplies
- Supplies and accessories will be shipped via FedEx or USPS.
- Orders placed before Noon (EST) on a business day will ship the same day.
- Delivery times typically range from 2-4 business days.
Returns & Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations must be processed as a return.
- If a scheduled freight delivery is missed or canceled by the customer, a $100 re-delivery fee will apply.
