At Perfect Acre Outdoors, we stand by our products. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, and we work diligently to achieve it. Details on our 30-day guarantee are as follows:

Received a Damaged or Defective Product?

No worries! Perfect Acre Outdoors will work with you to find a solution.

  • Customers must provide photos or videos outlining the issue.
  • We will provide replacement parts or a new unit as needed, along with detailed technical support.
  • Replacement parts are shipped within 48 hours of processing via ground service (estimated 3-5 business days delivery).
  • If the above solution is unsatisfactory, the customer may return the product at their own expense with no restocking fee.
  • If we are unable to provide necessary replacement parts, you will be eligible for a new unit, full refund, or store credit.

Buyer’s Remorse Purchases

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies if the product is not returned in its original condition.
  • Refunds/exchanges are available within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To request a refund, you must obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) to ensure proper processing.

How to Return Your Item

1. Package Your Item

    • Use the original box or appropriate packaging.
    • Include all parts, accessories, and components for a full refund.
    • A 15% restocking fee applies if any parts show signs of use or damage.

2. Label Your Package

    • Clearly write your RMA number on the shipping label.
    • Include the RMA number inside the package for faster processing.

3. Secure Your Shipment

    • We recommend insuring the package and using a carrier with tracking services (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
    • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
    • We cannot issue refunds for lost, damaged, or COD shipments.

Receive Your Refund

  • Credit card purchases: Refunds are issued immediately upon processing the return.
  • Check/money order purchases: Refunds will be issued by check the same day we process your return.
  • Refunds cover the product price but do not include return shipping fees.
  • Please allow 2-5 days for processing. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

Cancellation Policy

  • If your order has not shipped, cancellation is free (applies to all orders, including LTL).
  • If your order has already shipped, it must be returned as per our Return Policy and applicable fees will apply.
  • Refused deliveries will be subject to return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
